Lara is a counseling intern working with a variety of issues and client ages, ranging from childhood/adolescence to early and older adulthood. She counsels in a wide range of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships (including couples and families), conflict, dependency, self congruence, loss/grief, work-life balance, occupational/educational barriers and emotional blocks, and managing life’s transitions, as well as mood, stress, and conditions. She believes that every individual is an important, valuable person worthy of giving and receiving respect, understanding, and love. She looks forward to meeting you soon!
