Silas is a counseling intern working with clients ranging from adolescents to adults. He believes that the counseling relationship is the most important factor for change, so he seeks to provide a supportive atmosphere where clients are free to work towards their goals with empathy, understanding, and without judgement. Silas uses an integrative approach to counseling that emphasizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a holistic path to wellness, and he also has experience with spiritual and religious integration. He works with clients in a wide range of areas such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and those who are feeling lost in life.
